L tube coupler slides over the ends of 1-3/8 in. top rail to connect 2-pieces together. The sleeves are crimped in the center to keep top rails evenly aligned. It can also be used to repair bent or broken top rails without having to replace the entire rail. No additional hardware is needed for the connection or repair.
